News: According to the Nigerian Guardian, the chairman of Nigerian auto components company, Eddy Bongos Motor Manufacturing, Edwin Offormah, has urged the government to permit the disbursement of NGN60bn (US$0.5bn) by way of loans. The funds would be utilized by domestic component manufacturers and assembly plants to develop the auto industry in the country.
