Ford Motor Company (FMC), Brazil's fourth largest carmaker, plans to spend BRL600mn (US$357mn) to boost engine production in the South American country. The investment will allow Ford to produce 500,000 engines annually at its Taubate plant in São Paulo state, the company said.
