Sales of the premium Rolls-Royce brand in the Middle East grew by 50% in 2007, double the brand's global growth of 25%. According to Rolls-Royce Motor Cars' regional director for the Middle East, Peter Schoppmann, the region accounted for 15% of global sales, which reached 1,110 units. Schoppman added that the brand's regional performance in Q108 had also been 'positive', with models such as the Phantom and Drophead Coupe convertible contributing to growth in the year so far.
