Pakistan's Karakoram Motors has agreed to buy Canadian electric vehicle manufacturer Dynasty Electric Car Corp, with a view to expanding the business and making it profitable. Financial details of the deal, which will see Karakoram take the business to its base in Karachi, have not been disclosed. However, when the deal has been closed, Dynasty workers and facilities will be integrated into the operations of parent company Commercial Body Builders.
