Skoda is planning a budget car to compete in fast-growing Asian markets, according to a company executive in an interview with a Czech newspaper this week.The success of the Dacia (Renault) Logan in emerging markets has prompted many carmakers to roll out rival models, either stripped-down versions of current models or new designs.
