The Iranian automotive market will face a slowdown, with sales forecast to grow by just 4.4% in 2006, down from the double-digit figures of recent years, according to BMI's latest Iran Automotive Report. Car sales are set to rise by 3.8%, a fall from 4.4% in the previous quarter's forecast, while commercial vehicle sales are set to rise by 5.8%, down from 8.0%.
