Indian carmaker Tata Motors and Italy's Fiat have further underlined their co-operation with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding for a production joint venture. The 50:50 joint venture will produce the B segment Fiat Grande Punto and the new Fiat Sedan in the C segment, at Fiat's idling plant in Ranjangaon.
