Dual Clutch Transmission For Small Ford Cars

News: US-based automaker Ford Motor is planning to launch an advanced dual-clutch PowerShift six-speed transmission in North America for the small-car segment in 2010. The PowerShift is expected to improve efficiency in terms of fuel economy and drive quality of small cars. Ford aims to fit almost all of its transmissions with the advanced six-speed gearboxes by 2013.
