Bajaj Partnership Will Provide Mutual Global Expansion

Indian motorcycle manufacturer Bajaj Auto is looking to expand its international cooperation in the two-wheeler segment, with plans to form a global alliance with technical partners KTM of Austria and Japan?s Kawasaki. BMI sees mutual gains in the potential partnership, which would give Bajaj access to more developed states in line with our view of brands from emerging markets (EM) expanding globally; it would also give Kawasaki the EM exposure it requires to tap some of the world?s largest markets.
