Overseas Expansion Proves Its Worth To Domestic Carmakers

South Korean carmakers with strong overseas operations outperformed in September, as domestic sales fell 13% year-on-year (y-o-y). Combined sales for the country's five major carmakers grew by 4.9% thanks to 11% growth in export sales, while companies with overseas production bases gained a further advantage.
