Electric Vehicle Targets Too Optimistic

Spain's REVE electric car and wind power project has received a cold response from consumers, with only 16 electric vehicles (EVs) sold so far this year, according to an official report, a far cry from the 2,000 units the government hopes to shift by the end of the year.
