Yura Completes Zastava Elektro Buyout

South Korean Yura Corporation has bought Serbian electric parts maker Zastava Elektro for EUR3mn, local news source Beta has revealed. BMI sees this as a further example of the Serbian government's commitment to a privatisation programme over the medium term agreed with the IMF and plans for EU entry.
