Toyota Shares Hybrid Know-How With Mazda

Japanese carmaker Mazda Motor plans to have a hybrid model on the road by 2013, after signing an agreement with Toyota Motor for the supply of technology and parts. Mazda will use a combination of parts used in Toyota's Prius, including the battery, inverters and core units, alongside its own next-generation SKY1 engine.
