Denso Speeds Up International Expansion

Japanese parts supplier Denso will add a new plant to its existing manufacturing base in Brazil in a bid to win new local supply orders. Denso do Brazil, a local subsidiary of the Denso group, currently operates two manufacturing facilities in the country - a main one in Curitiba, in the state of Paraná, and a sub plant in Pindamonhangaba in São Paulo state, which together brought the company total sales of BRL512mn in the fiscal year ending March 2009.
