GAZ Debt Restructuring Remains Incomplete

Russian carmaker Gorkovsky Avtomobilny Zavod (GAZ)'s efforts to restructure its RUB40bn debt have hit a major road block after the Russian finance ministry failed to execute the government guarantees on time, while creditor Alfa Bank remains firm on its demand of signing a restructuring agreement only on exceptional terms, just-auto has reported.
