Renault To Set Up New Plant For Dacia Models

News: French carmaker Renault plans to open a new plant in Tangier, Morocco, to accommodate the production of two new models of its Romanian car subsidiary Automobile Dacia. The subsidiary will add two new models to its existing range by 2012, when the plant is due to open. The existing Dacia range includes three models - the Sandero, Logan and the upcoming Duster SUV. The carmaker will produce the models its plant in Mioveni and the new plant at Tangier, which will have an annual production capacity of 400,000 cars.
