Vehicle Registrations Suggest Ongoing Upturn
December 2009 | Industry Trend AnalysisTrade data for November showed that registrations of new vehicles in Europe had jumped 27% on the year, reflecting the success of government-run scrappage schemes, as well as fleet renewal activities. As reported in the Wall Street Journal, the figures will be welcomed by the industry after sales in the region slumped through 2008 and H109.
