Autos Output Increase The First For 2009

Autos production in Mexico grew 2.9% year-on-year (y-o-y), to 176,655 units, in November, making it the first monthly y-o-y increase in 2009. The growth has been brought about by a slight 0.2% y-o-y improvement in demand from the US - a market that receives as much as 66% of Mexico's total output and which is seeing early signs of economic recovery.
