Vertu Continues Expansion On Strong Financials

UK's Vertu Motors has acquired a Renault and Seat dealership - named Typcar - based in Darlington in north east England for a total sum of GBP1.1mn. BMI believes that the acquisition falls in line with the dealership's main business strategy to acquire 'good businesses at low valuations', as revealed by CEO Robert Forrester earlier in May 2009.
