Autoliv To Buy Assets From Delphi

News: Swedish auto parts maker Autoliv has stated that it will buy the North American airbag, seatbelt and steering wheel businesses of US supplier Delphi Corp. Autoliv added that the transition is likely to occur in the next few months, with the deal expected to be closed by December 31 2009.
