Mercedes Expects China To Become Third-Biggest Market
November 2009 | Company BriefNews: German automaker Daimler's premium car subsidiary Mercedes-Benz is expecting China to become its third-biggest market in 2010, only lagging behind Germany and the US and surpassing the UK. The expectation stems from the automaker's strong sales growth in the country. Mercedes-Benz China head Klaus Maier has stated that its sales are likely to surge by 15% in 2010 and by almost 65% in 2009 to 65,000 cars.
