Toyota's Global Sales Rise 5% In October

News: Japanese automaker Toyota Motor has registered a 5% increase in its worldwide sales to 640,000 units in October 2009, marking its first year-on-year (y-o-y) rise in 15 months. While the automaker's sales were up 15% in Japan and 45% in China, they dropped by 3.5% in the US.
