Fiat Delays Signing Of Serbian JV Contract

News: According to business daily Danas, Italian automaker Fiat has postponed the signing of a final contract with the Serbian government to form a joint venture (JV) company. The signing of the annex to the contract has been postponed as Fiat has not submitted a business plan for the new company - Fiat Automobile Serbia. The formation of a new JV company was underlined in Fiat's acquisition plan for Serbian carmaker Zastava in 2008.
