Nissan Hints At Local Leaf Production

Japan's Nissan Motor may consider producing the Leaf electric car in Guangzhou, after signing an agreement to promote the use of electric cars in the Chinese city. Under the terms of the deal, Nissan will join forces with the city authorities to study ways to promote zero emission cars, which Nissan plans to begin selling in China in 2011.
