US Automakers To Boost Investment
September 2009 | Industry BriefNews: Ford Motor, General Motors Company (GM) and Chrysler are planning to boost their investments in Thailand, according to Thai trade representative Kiat Sithi-amorn. The US automakers plan to each invest THB10bn (US$297.53mn) in expanding their operations in the country. Prime Minister Abhisit has also signaled that the Thai government is keen on supporting foreign investments.
