Foreign Car Sales To Continue Plunging

Sales of foreign cars in Ukraine have fallen by almost four times, to 74,365 units during 7M09, according to local news source kyivpost.com. Although much of the fall in the demand was due to the 13% import duty on vehicles, the scrapping of the charge is unlikely to bring much relief to the industry, representatives from the Ukrainian car importers believe.
