Delphi Receives Approval To Sell Assets

News: US-based auto-parts maker Delphi has received an approval from the US bankruptcy court to sell its assets to its lenders and former parent General Motors (GM). Judge Robert D. Drain of the US bankruptcy court has approved modifications to Delphi's restructuring plan, paving a way for the supplier to emerge from bankruptcy after four years.
