GM Gets EU Approval To Buy Delphi's Steering Units

News: US carmaker General Motors (GM) has received clearance from the European Commission (EC) on August 13 2009 to buy steering business and four sites of US auto-parts maker Delphi. EC, the executive arm of the 27 nation European Union (EU), has stated that there will be no competition concerns in the European economic area due to the transaction.
