Fiat Supplier Signs Agreement On Lithium Batteries

News: Magneti Marelli, auto parts supplier to Italian carmaker Fiat SpA, has signed an agreement with fellow supplier FAAM SpA for the development, production and sale of lithium batteries. The suppliers are looking to develop batteries jointly for use in cars, motorbikes, buses and other vehicles, with sales to begin in the second half of 2010.
