Tyre Production Plummets By 40.3%

News: According to just-auto.com, figures released by Russia's Federal State Statistics Service show that production of car tyres in Russia has plummeted by 40.3% to 9.76mn units in the first seven months of 2009. In addition, truck tyre output was down by 40.9% to 3.81mn units during the period. The fall in output reflects lower demand from both automakers and aftermarket tyre distributors.
