Suzuki Trims Production Amid Gloom
September 2009 | Company News AlertMagyar Suzuki, the Hungarian subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation, will be downsizing its output from 281,680 units produced last year to only 180-190,000 units by end-2009. The carmaker was the market leader in the Hungarian autos industry in terms of sales until July this year when it was overtaken by Ford Motors, although the latter saw its sales fall a massive 47.3% year-on-year (y-o-y) during the month.
