Porsche Investigated For Market Manipulation
August 2009 | Legal NewsThe headquarters of the German sports-car maker Porsche was raided by German prosecutors in suspicion of a possible market manipulation and breach of securities law. The investigation is mainly being centred on the company's former CEO and CFO, Wendelin Wiedeking and Holger Haerter respectively, both of whom were sacked from the company earlier in July this year, prior to the company's merger with Volkswagen (VW).
