Carmakers Get Nervous With July Sales Drop

Automotive production in Brazil fell flat in July this year, reaching 281,600 units and down by 0.9% compared with June, according to estimates from the National Association of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers (Anfavea). The July output - the first month-on-month (m-o-m) fall since April - reflected the fall in domestic and export demand during the month.
