Discounts Give Short-term Boost

New car sales in Ukraine underwent a fall of almost 25%year-on-year (y-o-y), down to 44,258 units, during 4M09, local news source KyivPost has reported. The fall in market demand has prompted carmakers to offer incentives in an attempt to increase their sales.
