Despite the EUR6bn (US$7.7bn) financial package provided to the domestic auto industry, French auto parts suppliers are continuing to face difficult times due to the ongoing global economic crisis. The French supplier segment was valued at EUR56.9bn in 2006, according to French auto manufacturers' association
