Nissan Considers Portugal For New Battery Plant

Japanese carmaker Nissan Motor has signed an agreement with the Portuguese government to examine the viability of setting up an electric car battery plant in the country. If finalised, Portugal could become the company's second market for the mass production of advanced lithium batteries after Japan.
