Ford Slashes Philippines Office Staff By 15%

News: News: According to The Associated Press, automotive manufacturer Ford Philippines's Vice President of Human Resources, Emmanuel dela Paz, has stated that 29 out of a total 200 office staff have been laid off in a redundancy program that took effect from November 30 2008. He added this step is a part of planned reduction in fixed costs by 20%, and not because of the financial crisis.
