Delphi Sells Exhaust Business To Mexican Company

Katcon SA, a subsidiary of Mexican holding company Bienes Turgon SA, has agreed to buy the global exhaust business of US automotive component manufacturer Delphi Corp. The acquisition deal, worth US$17mn, is expected to be completed in the first half of 2009.
