Nigerian Government To Promote Home-Grown Cars

Nigerian federal government ministers have pledged support for the country's automotive industry through the use of locally-built cars. Speaking at the launch of the Nigerian-made Peugeot 307, the Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and former chairman of Peugeot Automobile Nigeria (PAN), Aliyu Modibo, announced that his ministry would support Peugeot and other local industry firms, which contribute to the Nigerian economy.
