Electric Vehicles Receive Incentives

News: US electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer ZAP has announced that the Mayor of Montevideo will be extending incentives for electric car owners in the capital of Uruguay. The EV users will benefit from free parking within Montevideo, and exemption from tolls on roads or bridges and no registration requirements for three years.
