Honda To Increase Transmission Output
November 2008 | Company News AlertNews: According to just-auto.com, Japanese automaker Honda Motor (Honda) has announced its intentions to transform a portion of its motorcycle and transmissions plant to boost production of automatic transmissions (AT) and continuously variable transmissions (CVT). The new facility at Hamamatsu is expected to increase production from 700,000 units to 1.1mn units by 2010 at a cost of JPY14bn.
