Bridgestone Begins Carbon Black Operations In Mexico

Japanese tyre and rubber products manufacturer Bridgestone Group recently inaugurated a carbon black manufacturing plant in Tamaulipas, Mexico. The wholly owned subsidiary of the tyre manufacturer is called Mexico Carbon Manufacturing SA DE CV (MXCB) and is the company's third plant engaged in producing and supplying carbon black. Carbon black is a key raw material used for reinforcing the tires.
