Peugeot Dealer Enters Into A Legal Battle In Latvia

Kommest Auto, an authorised Peugeot dealer in Estonia that was bought by Latvian businessman Toomas Rüütmann last year, has filed a legal claim against one of Latvia's largest banks, SEB. Rüütmann blames SEB for demanding the sale of the dealership and the group's subsidiary Margea to recover Rüütmann's debt.
