Honda City Makes Home In Thailand

Thailand is shedding its image as a haven for one-tonne pick-up trucks, after Japan's Honda made its Thai plant the global hub for its City compact car. Although the third-generation City will also be produced in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, China and Pakistan, the resulting output will all be country-specific, while Thailand will be the only market to produce the model for export as well as domestic sale.
