Nissan Plans Support BMI Rating For Thailand
July 2008 | Company News AlertJapan's Nissan Motor is making Thailand the focus of its attentions in Asia, as the company looks to increase its market share over the next five years. Speaking to The Nation daily, Nissan CEO Carlos Ghosn said the company's Thai subsidiary, Siam Nissan Automobile, has a strong management team, which will aid its comeback, while Thailand offers a good base for sourcing and exports. Ghosn added that sales of pick-ups and small cars are growing in Thailand, with room for more growth.
