Renault, Nissan And Bajaj Take On Tata

Indian motorcycle manufacturer Bajaj Auto and the Renault-Nissan alliance have formalised a joint venture to produce a budget small car to rival Tata's Nano. Bajaj will own a 50% stake in the venture, which will produce 400,000 units per year, with the remaining stake shared equally between Renault and Nissan.
