Renault Generates Middle East Interest In Electric Car

French carmaker Renault has been approached by a Gulf state regarding its electric car project, according to CEO Carlos Ghosn. Renault plans to have an electric car on the road by 2010 and claims that it is negotiating with the Gulf state with a view to a potential partnership.
