Peugeot Citroën And Renault Prepare For Growth
February 2008 | Company News AlertFrench carmakers Peugeot Citroën and Renault face a challenging time this year if they are to achieve their desired sales growth. Both companies have unveiled relatively positive results for 2007 and are determined to make further gains this year. However, the tough operating conditions that have weighed on both companies for at least the last two years - high oil prices, expensive raw materials and fierce competition - are widely expected to continue in 2008, calling into question the level of growth that the carmakers may feasibly attain.
