Philippines Firm Wins UK Export Deal
July 2007 | Company News AlertNito Seiki Manufacturing Corp, a Philippines-based producer of automotive parts, has secured a deal to export parts to the UK. The agreement was reached at the Automechanika trade fair, which the company was attending under the export promotion programme of the Centre for the Development of Imports from Developing Countries (CBI) - the Netherlands. The first shipment of tractor parts was exported in March, generating US$20,000, while the total contract is expected to bring in between US$100,000 and US$200,000.
