Isuzu Banks On Change In Diesel Attitude

Japanese commercial vehicle manufacturer Isuzu has launched the latest version of its D-Max pick-up truck in Saudi Arabia, following a 48% increase in sales of the model in 2006. According to Abdulmuhsin Alissa, chairman of Isuzu's exclusive dealer in Saudi Arabia, Abdullatif Allisa Auto Company, attitudes towards diesel powered vehicles in the Kingdom have changed away from previous beliefs that diesel engines were dirty and noisy.
